- Panko bread crumbs
- Worcestershire sauce
- ketchup
- egg
- beef broth
- ranch dressing mix
- brown gravy mix
- onion
- sliced pepperoncini
- butteñ
If you like it spicy swap out the pepperoncini and use spicy jalapeños instead! if you need it more mild try just green chilis instead.

Equipment
- Slow Cooker a slow cooker with the turn to keep warm when its done cooking is best for cooking this recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix 1 envelope
- 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix 1 envelope
- 1/2 cup diced onion diced
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup and worcestershire sauce.

- Form into 4 equal patties and place down the bottom of your slow cooker.

- In a small mixing bowl combine the beef stock, brown gravy mix and ranch mix.

- Pour the mixture over the steaks in the slow cooker.
- Place a pat of butter on the top of each steak.

- Add the onions and pepperoncinis.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
