Cheeseburger Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
- 4 tbsp water
- ⅓ cup pickles chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients:
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7–10 minutes until browned, then drain excess grease

- Stir in onion soup mix and water, cooking for 1–2 more minutes

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth

- Add beef mixture and 1 cup cheddar cheese, stirring to combine

- Spread mixture into a large cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish

- Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese

- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly and heated through
- While baking, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl

- Remove dip from oven and top with pickles, tomato, bacon, lettuce, and sesame seeds

- Drizzle with burger sauce before serving
