This Slow Cooker Mississippi Salisbury Steak is a crowd pleasing comfort dinner. Tender salisbury steak slow cooks in a luscious sauce of onion, brown gravy, ranch mix, pepperoncinis and butter. Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix 1 envelope
  • 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix 1 envelope
  • 1/2 cup diced onion diced
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup and worcestershire sauce.

  • Form into 4 equal patties and place down the bottom of your slow cooker.

  • In a small mixing bowl combine the beef stock, brown gravy mix and ranch mix.

  • Pour the mixture over the steaks in the slow cooker.
  • Place a pat of butter on the top of each steak.
