Slow Cooker Mississippi Salisbury Steak
This Slow Cooker Mississippi Salisbury Steak is a crowd pleasing comfort dinner. Tender salisbury steak slow cooks in a luscious sauce of onion, brown gravy, ranch mix, pepperoncinis and butter. This has such a great flavor and goes perfectly over a pile of fluffy mashed potatoes.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix 1 envelope
- 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix 1 envelope
- 1/2 cup diced onion diced
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 4 tablespoons butter
In a medium bowl combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup and worcestershire sauce.
Form into 4 equal patties and place down the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a small mixing bowl combine the beef stock, brown gravy mix and ranch mix.
Pour the mixture over the steaks in the slow cooker.
Place a pat of butter on the top of each steak.
Add the onions and pepperoncinis.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
