Worried about making a pie crust?

Don’t worry. You can use a premade pie crust! Either a frozen pie crust OR a refrigerator pie crust will work well for this recipe. Or use my easy pie crust recipe. If you have a food processor making a flaky pie crust is easy!

If you buy a single frozen pie shell from the freezer section and it’s broken, use a tiny bit of water on your finger and gently press the damp edges back together. You can do the same with a refrigerator crust if it tears. And you can do it with a homemade pie crust as well. Water acts as glue for a pie crust.
