What You Need To Cranberry Turkey Sliders

- Hawaiian rolls, you can use sweet or savory Hawaiian rolls
- cooked sliced turkey–see notes below
- Gouda cheese-see notes below
- cranberry sauce
- mayonnaise
- butter
- brown sugar
- Worcestershire sauce
- rosemary
You will also need a few kitchen items:
- 9×13 baking pan
- foil
- pastry brush, you can use a spoon to drizzle the butter over the rolls
- small bowl
- bread knife
Swap in leftover chicken if that’s what you have, it works just as well. Or use sliced lunchmeat turkey or chicken.
Any mild melting cheese works well, try Swiss, Havarti, or provolone for a different flavor. But honestly, use what cheese you have on hand.

If You Have Leftover Sliders
Store cooled sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven so the rolls stay soft and the cheese melts nicely. Or wrap in the foil and pop them in the air fryer.


Cranberry Turkey Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
- 3 cups cooked turkey sliced or shredded
- 6 slices Gouda cheese
- 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish

- Spread mayonnaise over the bottom half of the rolls

- Layer turkey then Gouda slices and spread the cranberry sauce over the top

- Add the top half of the rolls

- In a small bowl melt the butter then add brown sugar Worcestershire sauce and rosemary and whisk to combine

- Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls

- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes

- Remove the foil and bake 8 to 10 minutes more until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted

- Let cool slightly then slice into individual sliders and serve warm
