Cranberry Turkey Sliders

Turn leftover turkey into something everyone actually looks forward to with these warm cranberry topped sliders.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
  • 3 cups cooked turkey sliced or shredded
  • 6 slices Gouda cheese
  • 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish

  • Spread mayonnaise over the bottom half of the rolls

  • Add the top half of the rolls

  • In a small bowl melt the butter then add brown sugar Worcestershire sauce and rosemary and whisk to combine

  • Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes

  • Remove the foil and bake 8 to 10 minutes more until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted
