Cranberry Turkey Sliders
Turn leftover turkey into something everyone actually looks forward to with these warm cranberry topped sliders.

- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
- 3 cups cooked turkey sliced or shredded
- 6 slices Gouda cheese
- 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish
Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish
Spread mayonnaise over the bottom half of the rolls
Layer turkey then Gouda slices and spread the cranberry sauce over the top
Add the top half of the rolls
In a small bowl melt the butter then add brown sugar Worcestershire sauce and rosemary and whisk to combine
Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes
Remove the foil and bake 8 to 10 minutes more until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted
Let cool slightly then slice into individual sliders and serve warm
- Great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey
- Gouda can be swapped for Swiss Havarti or provolone
