Cadbury Mini Egg Dip
This creamy Mini Eggs Dip is one of those quick desserts that looks festive, tastes fun, and comes together in minutes. It has that fluffy, scoop-able texture people love at parties, plus pops of chocolate candy in every bite. You will love how easy it is to stir up while still feeling special enough for spring gatherings, Easter tables, or movie night snacking.

The dip is smooth and lightly sweet with a cheesecake-style base that feels rich but airy thanks to the whipped topping. Chopped candy eggs add crunch and bursts of chocolate that make each scoop a little different. It is soft enough for cookies and fruit but thick enough to hold its shape on pretzels or graham crackers.
This is a great recipe when you need a fast dessert that feeds a group without baking or a fuss. And now that Cadbury Mini Eggs are available ALL YEAR ROUND you can make this easy dip any time. And ALL the time.

What You Need To Make Mini Egg Dip
The ingredients are simple and easy to find, which makes this a great keep-on-hand treat for spring baking season. Chopping the candy eggs before mixing helps them distribute evenly so every scoop gets a little crunch.
- cream cheese
- icing sugar
- vanilla
- Cool Whip
- mini eggs
- food coloring if desired
You can switch the mini eggs for malted eggs, chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or pastel sprinkles depending on what you have available. This is a dessert dip so any sweets will work!
A few drops of food coloring can match any holiday theme or party table.

What To Use As Dippers
You can use just about anything you like for dipping in dessert dips. In my posts for cannoli dip or this pecan pie dip I go through a nice lists of dipper ideas. Here they are again:
- vanilla wafers
- graham crackers, squares or sticks
- cookies, all kinds work here
- mini pretzels
- teddy grahams
- sliced apples or pears
- orange sections
- strawberries
Or stuff it into something like cream puffs or these British iced buns.
How To Store This Dip
Cover the dip tightly and refrigerate for up to three days. Give it a gentle stir before serving again since the candy pieces may settle toward the bottom. If it thickens too much in the fridge, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, give it a quick stir and it should be good to go.
