      No you don’t have to cook it, just whisk it together!

      I will amend the the recipe to reflect the answer.

  2. Am I able to double the recipe and shingle the patties? Not sure about end result and/or cooking time. Thank you!

    1. Absolutely. I have done that when I had a houseful of teens. I added an extra hour or so to the cook time. I would use a digital thermometer to check the temp.
