Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
  • 4 tbsp water
  • cup pickles chopped
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Sauce Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7–10 minutes until browned, then drain excess grease

  • Stir in onion soup mix and water, cooking for 1–2 more minutes

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth

  • Add beef mixture and 1 cup cheddar cheese, stirring to combine

  • Spread mixture into a large cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish

  • Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly and heated through
  • While baking, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl

  • Remove dip from oven and top with pickles, tomato, bacon, lettuce, and sesame seeds
