Want to use a different cut of chicken?

You totally can! Swap out the boneless skinless chicken breasts for boneless skinless chicken thighs and cook them the same way for this creamy ranch chicken dinner. Or swap out the breasts for chicken tenders, they cook up even more quickly than breasts or thighs, so be sure to cut the cooking time down a bit.

Cook times vary with different cuts of chicken, so be sure you cook the cuts you’re using just until cooked through. Use a digital thermometer for best results, especially, if you want juicy chicken breasts.

Want to change it up??

You totally can! Add some parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese on top of the skillet right before you serve it. And while you’re at it add green onions and crispy bacon, and it will be a HUGE HIT with everyone at the table.

Don’t have chicken? You can easily sub in pork chops instead of chicken if that’s what you have.

What to serve with this easy ranch chicken skillet?

Use any of your favorite side dishes! Make the best creamy whipped potatoes and serve this recipe over the potatoes like creamy, saucy gravy. Or make rice and sever it the same way. You can put it over toast if that’s what you have.

And of course, pasta or egg noodles is the perfect thing to put under all the saucy, delicious chicken! As you can see, there is really no wrong way to serve this chicken.

Love Ranch??

Try my Bacon Ranch Salad Dressing!! Or this spicy Jalapeño Ranch Salad Dressing, so good, and you can make it as spicy or mild as you like! OR make this Ranch Pasta Salad, it has BACON!! Oh, that is going on my next meal plan for sure.

Got leftovers?

If you have leftovers no worries these chicken breasts make for great leftovers. And they’re perfect for lunches. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
