This is a super sweet
I make a similar fudgy cake in my crock pot, but it also includes peanut butter!
Didn't your range "go south" last year too? I don't know how you do it!! Crock Pot is a brand name, and slow cooker is what it does (I just recently found out the difference). The crockpot cake looks yummy. Good luck getting a range….a microwave would be a big help in your situation (wink).
Great idea! I'll have to make this when I know company is coming and don't have time to watch something baking in the oven.
An alternative to chocolate dessert in the crockpot is crockpot dump cake. You can use fruit pie filling and its not nearly as sweet. I don't prefer canned fruit pie filling so I make my own (corn syrup and other garbage free). That could be a good option. Good luck with getting a new stove.
My sister has a crockpot lasagna that she likes a lot. You don't even need to boil the noodles first. That could be a good option to try.
There is no. such. thing. as too chocolaty. Crazy people!
And I call it a 'crock pot' too!
okay, you have my attention with this! If there is only one recipe I ever make in my crock-pot, I do believe I have found it!
I have never heard James utter the words "too chocolatey", so you KNOW I've gotta try this cake!
