Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped leftover turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery more to tatse
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion more to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise more to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of bread

Instructions

  • mix the turkey, celery, and green onions together in a bowl
  • stir in the mayonnaise
  • add salt and pepper as desired
  • taste and add more mayonnaise, salt, and pepper as desired
  • divide the salad between 4 slices of bread and top with the remaining bread
  • or serve with crackers or make lettuce wraps with the salad
