- 2 cups chopped leftover turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped celery more to tatse
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion more to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise more to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
mix the turkey, celery, and green onions together in a bowl
stir in the mayonnaise
add salt and pepper as desired
taste and add more mayonnaise, salt, and pepper as desired
divide the salad between 4 slices of bread and top with the remaining bread
or serve with crackers or make lettuce wraps with the salad
