Sweet bite-size truffles made from soft sugar cookies and cream cheese, then dipped in white chocolate for an easy no-bake treat everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 premade frosted sugar cookies about 3 inches each
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  • Line your work surface with parchment and place it on a plate or cutting board that fits in the fridge or freezer
  • Scrape off any large sprinkles from the cookies a little frosting left on is fine

  • Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until crumbly

  • Mix the crumbs with the softened cream cheese until smooth

  • Scoop out heaping tablespoons of dough roll into balls and place on the parchment
  • Chill the dough balls for about 20 minutes
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl heating in 30 second intervals and stirring between each session
