- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Cut the strawberries into quarters
Use an immersion blender to crush them to the desired texture
Add the butter, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl
Beat with a handheld mixer until smooth and fluffy
Continue beating until everything is whipped together
Scrape down the sides of the bowl
Transfer the strawberry butter to a glass jar
Seal tightly and refrigerate
