Strawberry Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries into quarters

  • Use an immersion blender to crush them to the desired texture

  • Add the butter, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl
  • Beat with a handheld mixer until smooth and fluffy

  • Continue beating until everything is whipped together
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl
  • Transfer the strawberry butter to a glass jar

  • Seal tightly and refrigerate
