Sriracha Aioli

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- *optional 1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
- 1-2 tsp lemon or lime juice
put the mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl
add 1 tsp of sriracha, stir it in, taste, and add more as desired
if you're using the finely minced garlic stir it in
add 1 tsp lemon or lime juice, taste, and add the other tsp if desired
cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours for the flavors to meld
you can serve it right away if you need to
