1Tablespoonlow salt beef broth powder or 3 low salt bouillon cubes crushed
½cupwater
Instructions
Deseed and slice bell peppers into strips
cut the onion into strips
peel the garlic and chop the garlic
slice the beef into thin 3/4-1 inch strips strips and cut them to bite size pieces as needed
Add vegetables and beef to slow cooker
Whisk remaining ingredients together, and pour over beef, etc.
Stir all together, and cover with lid
Cook for 4 hours on high, or 6-8hours on low
serve over rice or pasta, as desired
Notes
Note: The cornstarch thickens the liquid, but only slightly, to make more of a gravy, you can stir 2 tablespoons of cornstarch into a half cup of beef broth or water and stir it into the mixture while it’s still piping hot.
