- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp maple flavoring
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
Toast the pecans in a large skillet over medium high heat for about 5 minutes and set aside to cool
Heat the evaporated milk and corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
