Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp maple flavoring
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
  • Toast the pecans in a large skillet over medium high heat for about 5 minutes and set aside to cool
  • Heat the evaporated milk and corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Add the white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted
