Mojito Mocktail
A refreshing minty citrus drink, the Mojito Mocktail is perfect for parties and easy to enjoy for everyone, adults and kids alike.

shot glass OR measuring spoons, use 3 Tablespoons for 1 shot glass
muddler OR the handle of a wooden spoon to crush the mint leaves
6-8 ounce highball glasses ANY glass will work for these drinks, even mason jars, just add more ice
ice cubes ANY cubes will work, small, large, shaped, or plain, it doesn't matter
- 1/2 cup hot water not boiling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Club soda
- 2 limes
- Fresh mint
Make The Simple Syrup:
Add the hot water to a bowl
Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved and the mixture is clear
This is your simple syrup, use as needed for drinks, keep the rest in the fridge and use it for other drinks as desired or make sugared cranberries with it
To Make Mojito Mocktails
Add a shot of the simple syrup to a 6 ounce glass
Juice half a lime into the glass and stir to combine
Add 10 to 12 mint leaves and stems
Use a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to gently crush the mint into the syrup and lime juice
Fill the glass with ice
Top with club soda
Taste and add more lime juice or simple syrup as desired
Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lime
