Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mini Cadbury Eggs
  • 2 tbsp pastel sprinkles
  • Cooking spray
  • Wax paper

Instructions

  • Spray a saucepan lightly with cooking spray
  • Melt the white chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth
  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the wax paper in circular shapes or a single large sheet
  • Quickly top the melted chocolate with Mini Cadbury Eggs and pastel sprinkles
    Round white cheese slices on a sheet, each topped with yellow and green sprinkles. A small bowl filled with the same sprinkles is placed nearby.
  • Let the bark harden at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator to speed up the process
