Ingredients

Sliders

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 fresh jalapeño sliced
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 12 count brioche mini buns
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup crispy fried onions

Cowboy Butter

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Juice from ½ lemon

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
  • Add onion and cook until softened

  • Cook until browned, 7–10 minutes, then drain grease
  • Stir in ½ c BBQ sauce and Worcestershire, simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray

  • Slice brioche buns in half and place bottoms in the baking dish

  • Spoon beef mixture onto buns

  • Add top buns

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, onion powder, and lemon juice
