Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 pint blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoons lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar can use more or less to desired sweetness
  • ¼ cup butter room temperature
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º
  • Toss blueberries, 2 Tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice together and put in a greased 8x8 inch baking dish

  • Combine 1 cup of flour and ½ cup of sugar
