Filling
- 1 pint blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar can use more or less to desired sweetness
- ¼ cup butter room temperature
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350º
Toss blueberries, 2 Tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice together and put in a greased 8x8 inch baking dish
Combine 1 cup of flour and ½ cup of sugar
Add butter and egg, and stir together until crumbly
Sprinkle over blueberry mixture
Bake in center of oven for 30 minutes, until crumble is golden brown on the edges, and blueberry filling is bubbly
