vanilla wafer cookies
long rectangular, not Nilla Wafers
Premade white frosting
tube with tip
Red gel frosting
tube with tip
Instructions
Round the corners of each vanilla wafer cookie using a microplane
Flip to the side with vertical and horizontal lines (not diagonal)
Locate the center 4 lines and draw a small square of white frosting across them
Add one dot of frosting in the center and smooth it out with a toothpick to form the bandage pad
Add a small dot of red gel in the middle of the white frosting
Use a clean toothpick to gently pull the red gel outward for a realistic “bloody” look
Repeat with remaining wafers and serve

Notes
These look even more realistic after about 12 hours as the red gel seeps slightly into the white frosting. Perfect for Halloween parties!
