- 18-20 frozen beef taquitos
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Diced red onion (optional)
- Chopped tomatoes (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
Arrange the frozen beef taquitos in a single layer in the baking dish
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and diced green chiles
Pour the mixture evenly over the taquitos
Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the top
