- 1 pack (14 oz) cheese ravioli
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese you can used grated if that's what you have
- Olive oil spray
Mix the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl
Beat the eggs in a small bowl
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray
Dip each ravioli into the eggs, coating both sides
Dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere
Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one (work in batches if needed)
Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 3-4 minutes
Use tongs to flip the ravioli and spray with olive oil
Air fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy
Remove and repeat with remaining ravioli
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping
