- 1 1/4 pound bone-in pork chops 4 chops
- 2 TBSP oil
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
preheat the air fryer at 400˚ for 5 minutes
pat pork chops dry
put oil in shallow bowl or pan
mix the remaining ingredients together
dip each chop in the oil
the rub over with the spice mixture
place in the air fryer basket
cook at 390˚ for cook for 5-8 minutes
or until a meat thermometer reads 135°
once it hits 135˚ brush the tops with half the barbecue sauce
cook 1-2 minutes, flip and brush with the remaining barbecue sauce, cook again for 1-2 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145˚
allow pork chops to rest 5 minutes before serving
