Oreo Rice Krispie Treats
Sticky, gooey, and delicious these Oreo Rice Krispie Treats are the perfect blend of buttery marshmallows and rich but crunchy Oreo cookies.

mini marshmallows

double stuffed Oreos
these are divided, set aside 15 to decorate and crush the rest of them
Instructions
Spray a 13x9 or similar sized baking dish with non stick spray, set aside
In a large stock pot, melt the butter over low heat
Add in the marshmallows and continue to stir until melted, stir frequently to keep the marshmallows from scorching
Add in the rice krispie cereal and stir with a long wooden spoon until combined.
Add in the crushed double stuffed Oreos and mix well
Working quickly, scrape the mixture into the prepared pan
Butter your hands or use the spray to coat your hands and press firmly into the bottom of the pan
Decorate with the additional Oreos-placing them evenly over the top of the mixture and pressing down slightly to stick
Allow to set at room temperature for about an hour or until firm
cut in 15 bars and serve or store
Notes
Storage: Store rice krispies in an airtight container for up to one week.
