  • 1-2 tbsp heavy cream

For the crunch topping:

  • 20 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 4 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray
  • Combine the strawberry cake mix, ½ cup melted butter, eggs, and 2 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder in a large mixing bowl
