Preheat the oven to 350°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop
In a bowl mix the flour, cayenne pepper, and optional salt
Pour the melted butter over the flour mixture and stir to combine
Add the shredded cheese and mix well
Add the Rice Krispies and stir until combined
Use your hands if needed to finish mixing
Roll the dough into 24 equal balls
Place on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly
Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom and baked through
Cool slightly before serving or enjoy warm
