Pecan Pie Bark

A crunchy, buttery treat with all the sweet, nutty goodness of pecan pie in snackable bark form. Perfect for gifting or holiday dessert tables, and so quick you’ll want to make it on repeat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 10–15 sheets graham crackers plus extra crushed for garnish
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • flaky sea salt (Optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying with nonstick spray
  • Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter then stir in brown sugar until dissolved

  • Bring to a simmer, then stir in vanilla, pecans, and salt

  • Simmer for 2 minutes

  • Pour pecan mixture evenly over graham crackers and spread to cover

  • Bake for 6 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature

  • Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired
  • Once cooled, break into pieces and enjoy
