Old Fashioned Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 jar green olives about 375 ml
  • 1/4 cup olive juice from the jar

Instructions

  • Chop the olives into small pieces use a chopper if you have one

  • In a mixing bowl use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth about 3 to 4 minutes

  • Stir in the chopped olives lemon juice and olive juice
