  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  • Add the oil to a large skillet and sear the pork chops over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, garlic salt, onion powder, and red pepper flakes
