- 4 boneless pork chops about 1-inch thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Add the oil to a large skillet and sear the pork chops over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned
In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, garlic salt, onion powder, and red pepper flakes
Place the seared pork chops in the prepared baking dish and pour the sauce over the top
Bake uncovered for 18 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F
Spoon some of the sauce from the pan over the pork chops before serving
