- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup Milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pretzels
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 tsp flaky salt
preheat the oven to 350°
use a mixer to cream the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes in a mixing bowl
add the vanilla and the egg, beat well
sift the flour, soda, and regular salt together
mix into the butter mixture
stir in the chocolate chips, pretzels, and toffee bits
divide the dough into 18 equal-sized pieces and place them on baking sheets
bake for 10-12 minutes or until just set, part of the allure is that they're ooey and gooey so don't overbake!
