Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped pretzels
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 tsp flaky salt

Instructions

  • preheat the oven to 350°
  • use a mixer to cream the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes in a mixing bowl
  • add the vanilla and the egg, beat well
  • sift the flour, soda, and regular salt together
  • mix into the butter mixture
  • stir in the chocolate chips, pretzels, and toffee bits
  • divide the dough into 18 equal-sized pieces and place them on baking sheets
  • bake for 10-12 minutes or until just set, part of the allure is that they're ooey and gooey so don't overbake!
