Ingredients

  • 8 regular croissants or 6 large Costco style croissants
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced ham or leftover ham chopped
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese or cheese of choice shredded
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Lightly butter a 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Sprinkle half of the ham and half of the cheese over the bottom of the dish
