Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet
Add onions, and mushrooms, and saute until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes
Add garlic, basil, paprika, and salt, and saute another minute
Stir in gnocchi, then chicken broth and cream
Heat to a simmer, cover, and let cook 5-7 minutes
Then remove lid, and continue simmering, while you stir in spinach
Let simmer until spinach is sufficiently wilted, and sauce thickens slightly - about 5 minutes
Serve with crushed red pepper if desired
