Apple Pie Dessert Charcuterie Board
This fun twist on an apple pie and a charcuterie board marry the two perfectly while creating a stunning one of a kind feast for friends and family.

- 4-6 cups of cold water
- 1 lemon
- 6-8 apples vary them so you have different flavor profiles
- whipping cream
- caramel sauce
- butterscotch sauce
- 1 package butter cookies
- 1 package shortbread cookies
- various candies in caramel and or cinnamon flavor
put the cold water in a mixing bowl big enough to hold sliced apples
squeeze the lemon juice in the cold water
wash, core, and slice the apples according to variety
put the slices in the water, swish them around, then lay them on a dishtowel or paper towels to drain
repeat with the remaining varieties of apples to keep them separated
pat them dry and arrange by the variety on the board, use the wooden picks as labels if desired
beat the whipping cream in a stand mixer until thick and fluffy, put on a small low bowl on your board
put caramel and butterscotch in bowls add spoons
arrange on the board
sprinkle the board with candies to fill in the gaps
