Air Fryer Roasted Cabbage

This air fryer cabbage is so easy to prepare you'll find yourself making it again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cabbage roughly half a regular size cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 TBSP olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes, the Cosori preheats at 400°
  • meanwhile cut the cabbage in 4 wedges
  • when the air fryer is hot lay the wedges in the basket
  • brush with oil, really get in the layers of the cabbage
  • sprinkle with salt, garlic, and pepper
  • set the air fryer to 380° and air fry the cabbage for 15 minutes
  • check after 8 minutes and turn over to cook evenly
  • check again in 3-4 minutes so you're no over cooking it
  • once the cabbage is fork tender your cabbage is ready to serve
