Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Use your air fryer for a fresh way to make corn on the cob this summer!

Ingredients

  • 4 Ears of fresh corn
  • vegetable or light olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • shuck the corn
  • rinse to remove any leftover silk
  • place in the air fryer basket
  • liberally brush the corn with the oil making sure to cover the whole cob
  • salt and pepper lightly
  • set air fryer to 400˚ for 10 minutes
  • roll over halfway through and resume cooking
  • serve hot
