Mini Meatloaves in the Air Fryer

These quick and EASY mini meatloaves are made in the air fryer so you know they're amazing!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 pound ground pork or turkey
  • 1 tsp italian seasons or sub in oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil
  • 1 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of ketchup
  • 1 TBSP barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes on 400°
  • mix the meat together
  • then add the remaining ingredients through the bread crumbs together, don't mash it up try to keep it light and fluffy
  • make into 4 patties
  • when the air fryer is done preheating lay the patties in the basket of the air fryer
  • air fry them on 380° for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf is 145-150°
  • meanwhile mix the ketchup and the barbecue sauce together
  • slather the tops of the patties with the glaze, and cook again for 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155°
  • serve hot
