Ingredients

  • one red velvet cake mix I used Duncan Hines, you can probably use ANY brand
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • plain sugar for rolling cookies

Instructions

  • preheat the oven to 350˚
  • line two cookie sheets or baking pans with silicone mats, silpat, or parchment paper
  • put the cake mix in a mixing bowl, give it a stir with a whisk to get the lumps out
  • mix the eggs and the oil, pour it in the cake mix and stir until well combined

  • stir in the white chocolate chips

  • divide the dough into 24 balls
  • roll balls in granulated sugar
