- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese divided
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese divided
- 2 cloves garlic mined
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ¾ teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 24 oz. artichoke hearts just canned not pickled, drained
- 12 oz. fresh spinach chopped
Preheat oven to 400º
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, sour cream, ½ cup parmesan, 1 cup monterey jack, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper together
Stir in the chicken, artichoke hearts, and spinach
Spread into a 9x13 inch casserole dish
Top with remaining cheeses
Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and cheese is turning brown, about 30 minutes
