Crispy Chicken Salad
This crispy chicken salad is something I always order in restaurants if I see it on the menu!

- 4 cups chopped lettuce
- 2 cups coleslaw mix or any greens you like
- 6 ounces cooked crispy chicken strips
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 cup salad dressing
divide the chopped lettuce into two bowls
chop the coleslaw mix the make it more bite-sized and toss with the greens in the bowls
chop the tomato, cucumber, and green onions and add to the salad
slice the cook chicken and place it on top of the salad
serve with your preferred salad dressing
