if you're making your own dough get it made, then roll it around in a mixing bowl with the olive oil then cover it getting rising
brown the ground beef, drain the fat, add the 1 tsp garlic granules, the Worcestershire sauce and then taste for salt and pepper, add as needed, cover and set aside
mix the tomato sauce with the rest of the garlic granules and warm over low heat
meanwhile make the topping sauce by putting all the ingredients except the pickle juice in a food processor and pulsing it, scrape it down and pulse again
taste it, if you like it great! if not add more of what you like, maybe more pickles or mustard? Or more mayonnaise
once you get it right add a TBSP of pickle juice so you can dribble it over the finished pizza if you want to, if you'd rather dollop then leave it alone and don't add the juice
time to make the pizza
preheat the oven to 400˚
pat out the pizza dough on pizza pans OR in cast iron skillets roughly 10-12 inches in size
bake for five minutes to get the crust firmed up
pull them out spread the tomato sauce evenly between the two pizza crusts
top with cooked ground beef and divide the cheese between them, save a little for garnish if you want to but it's not necessary
bake until the cheese is melted, about 12 minutes, maybe a little longer depending on your oven
once the cheese is melted it's time for toppings
divide the lettuce and tomato over the top of the pizza
drizzle the topping sauce over the top, garnish if desired
cut and serve while hot
