Ingredients
Club Salad
  • 8cups lettuceOR torn/chopped/greens/micro-greens
  • 1 tomatochopped
  • 3ounces sliced ham
  • 3ounces sliced turkey
  • 2-4ounces cheese
  • 1/4cup cooked baconcrumbled
  • 4slices white breadlightly toasted
Bacon Dressing
  • 1drop liquid smoke
  • 1/4tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4cup sour cream
  • 1/4cup crumbled cooked bacon-I cheated and use the pre-cooked bacon for salads-use what you have or like
  • 1/4cup milkmore or less, add to your thickness preference
Instructions
  1. to make the salads: divide the lettuce between two dinner plates
  2. top with chopped tomatoes
  3. cut the lunch meat into strips or squares and divide evenly between the salads
  4. add cheese if using
  5. sprinkle crumbled bacon over each salad
  6. cut the toasted bread into squares and lay them on each side of the salad
Bacon Salad Dressing
  1. to make Bacon Dressing: put the milk with the seasonings in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake to combine
  2. then add the mayonnaise and sour cream shake again
  3. add the bacon, shake until completely mixed
  4. chill until ready to use, preferably over night but even 15 minutes will work
Recipe Notes

Make the dressing first to give it time to settle, even better make it the day before and chill it well before using. Make necessary changes to suit your tastes and ingredients, I like Club Sandwiches with cheese so I added it to mine, you can too.
