Barbecued Potatoes on the Grill
  1. preheat grill on high heat
  2. add 1/2 TBSP oil to a large cast iron skillet, swirl to coat the bottom
  3. wash and dry the vegetables
  4. cut the potatoes and pepper in roughly bite site pieces
  5. toss with one TBSP of the oil in a large bowl
  6. add the bbq rub, paprika, tomato powder, onion powder, toss to combine
  7. pour into the skillet, cover with foil
  8. reduce the heat on one burner of the grill to medium, place the skillet over that burner, close the lid and let the potaoes cook for roughly 10 minutes, then remove the cover, close the lid and cook another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  9. once the potatoes are cooked through sprinkle with the Fleur De Sel and serve hot

you can buy tomato powder on Amazon and in most spice markets–you could leave it out but it really adds the oomph to make these taste like a barbecue chip
