I live in a lovely little town called Palmer. It has a bustling main street, good local restaurants and it’s own radio station. We are awesome. Whoops I don’t live IN Palmer but directly outside the city limits so it’s my town but I can’t run for mayor. We have amazing things going on in Palmer too like festivals, art walks and community involvement GALORE. In fact Bloomberg Busniessweek ranked our little town as the best place to raise kids in Alaska. Woot woot!
So I thought up this great idea to share Palmer with you. Now I can’t share our long summer days, our Colony Christmas celebration or the Alaska State Fair with all of you but I CAN create a giveaway to share a few things that are uniquely Palmer. I asked a few local business owners if they would be interested in putting something in the giveaway. The response was a TREMENDOUS and OVERWHELMING YES. Did I say I love my hometown?
