I’m in a small foraging group, we try to get out once a week to forage. Today we went to the ocean and collected some beach greens. We found lovage and goose tongue, both salty and tangy, we thought they might be good in sushi.
They were the perfect addition to sushi. We also added some sliced King Salmon, cukes and fresh basil. Mmmm the rolls were fantastic. We spent some time preparing the feast while the men and ALL the boys (6!) and one little girl played outside. Then we feasted. I am loving this foraged food!
