Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-2 cups rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • preheat the oven to 350˚
  • in a stand mixer cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until soft and fluffy-you can also use a hand mixer

  • add the eggs one at a time beating well between each addition
  • then mix in the vanilla and set aside

  1. My teen just made these and they are tasty! Very sweet and ours needed 14 minutes in the oven (the ones that baked for only 10 min were…a bit underdone). The dough is very tacky, but I’m guessing that helps with the sprinkle adhesion.
